Scheduling Your Appointment

Welcome to The Body Lab Studio, where we're dedicated to enhancing your beauty and confidence through our specialized treatments. To book an appointment, we require you to provide a valid credit card at the time of booking to secure your slot. This ensures your appointment is reserved exclusively for you.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, to maintain fairness to all our clients and our staff, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Less Than 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, 50% of your scheduled treatment will be charged to the credit card on file.

  • No Show Policy: Missing your appointment without any notice (no-show) will also result in 50% charge of the treatment to your card. Should the card on file decline, you will need to settle the pending balance before booking any future appointments with us.

Running Late

Your time is valuable, and so is the time of our clients and staff. If you're running late, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you without disrupting the schedules of our other clients. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may necessitate adjusting the duration of your treatment or possibly rescheduling your appointment, treated as a late cancellation and incurring the 50% charge of the scheduled service.

Package Policies

Our package deals offer a great way to commit to your beauty and wellness journey with us. Please note:

  • Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • A session from your package will be deducted for no-shows, late arrivals of more than 15 minutes, or cancellations/reschedules made with less than 24 hours' notice.

  • Packages are valid for 6 months from the purchase date. Late arrivals may result in modified treatment duration or alternatives to fit the available time, without altering the session charge.

Chargebacks

We hope to resolve any disputes or concerns directly with you. In cases where chargebacks are filed without contacting us first, you will need to clear any outstanding balances and associated fees before booking future appointments.
